Inspired by the indulgent flavors of Rocky Road Ice Cream, this Imperial Stout has been aged for 1 year in Willett bourbon barrels, allowing the brew to develop rich, complex notes. But the journey didn't end there! It was then transferred into freshly dumped Willett bourbon barrels for another 4 months, infusing it with even more depth and barrel character.

Brewed with roasted barley, this robust stout delivers a velvety-smooth body. Conditioned with rich cocoa nibs and toasted black walnuts, it boasts a decadent chocolatey undertone with a subtle nutty twist. And as if that weren't enough, it hits you with a delightful surprise—sweet and creamy marshmallow, adding a luscious touch to every sip.
